We worked with CEO and management team to unravel and understand the challenges the body was facing and developed an immediate and mid-long term business, commercial and operational plan with a focus on sustainable growth, membership development and revenue generation.
Our work with the BCSC was a catalyst for change. The new structure, new approach, and new direction focus on new revenue opportunities, had an immediate impact on organisational structure and instigated change across the business. Revo has expanded its membership base to more broadly reflect the diverse and disruptive nature of the industry it represents and is continuously changing so now it can better represent its community.
